Dull, dark or wrinkled skin is caused by not having enough sleep, stressing, aging and not eating proper food. To attains a clear and glowy skin, the following steps must be done on a daily basis :
- Cleansing regularly : wash your face in the morning and evening, to remove dirt, oil and pollution particles that can log pores and cause skin dullness.
- Exfoliating the skin: apply physical exfoliants two to three times a say, to remove the skin's outer later of dead cells.
- Use brightening skin ingredients : use antioxidants like serums or moisturizers that brightens the skin by blocking enzymes producing pigment.
- Stay hydrated: drink alot of water to stay hydrated and boost the cells, to avoid wrinkles and dull skin.
- Eat antioxidant rich food: normalize eating healthy food like grapes, berries, nuts(pecans and walnuts), as they boost the skin glow.
